The Fejoa or Pineapple Guava is a very adaptable and decorative shrub or small tree growing to about four metres in height and nearly as wide.
It is suitable as a screen specimen tree.
It produces silky-stamened pompom-like flowers mainly in late spring and these are followed by guave-like fruits 8-9cm in length.
